James Ross Physiotherapy Limited, trading as James Ross Performance (registered in England and Wales, company number 16600384, registered office 2 Moss Farm Barns, Littledales Lane, Gorstage, Northwich CW8 2SH), is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in providing physiotherapy services. What is collected

When you make an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number if given, and the details you choose to share about your sport and situation. If you become a client: the health information needed to assess and treat you, and the records a chartered physiotherapist is required to keep.

Why, and on what basis

Enquiry details are used only to respond to you (legitimate interests, and steps before entering a contract). Health information is used to provide your care (contract, and the provision of health care by a professional bound by a duty of confidentiality).

Who it is shared with

Your information is never sold. Clinical details are shared with your coach, doctor or other professionals only with your agreement. Trusted service providers process data on my behalf: website hosting and enquiry forms (Netlify), email (Google), appointment booking and payments (Cal.com and Stripe), and privacy-friendly website statistics that use no cookies (Cloudflare).

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted after 12 months. Clinical records are kept for the periods set out in professional guidance for health records, then securely destroyed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how it is used, by emailing james@jamesrossphysio.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
